What can I get out of mindfulness coaching?
Mindfulness coaching is a gentle but deeply effective approach that helps you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to understand what's really going on beneath the surface of how you're feeling.
Unlike traditional talking therapies, mindfulness coaching works with both the mind and the body. Rather than analysing the past or trying to think your way through difficult emotions, I will give you practical, grounded tools to help you become more present, more aware, and more in tune with your own needs.
Through mindfulness coaching, you learn to notice your thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them. You’ll begin to respond to life rather than react to it. And over time, the shift to a calmer sense of self becomes something you carry with you into everyday life.
So what does mindfulness coaching actually look like in practice?
Mindfulness coaching sessions are tailored entirely to you. We might use guided meditation, breathing practices, body awareness techniques, or gentle reflection, all woven together in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
There's no pressure to have everything figured out, no need to explain yourself perfectly, and no expectation that you'll arrive with all the answers.
What makes my approach to mindfulness coaching a little different is that we don't stop at the mind. We bring in EFT tapping and nervous system support too, so the shifts you experience are felt throughout your whole body, not just on the surface.

A bit about me…
I'm a qualified mindfulness and EFT tapping practitioner, with a real passion for helping women of all ages come back to themselves, using meditation and gentle nervous system tapping to feel grounded, calm, and reconnected with their spark again.
I discovered mindfulness around 10 years ago (back when I thought sitting still for five minutes was impossible!), and what began as a personal practice has grown into a true passion of mine.
I've been where you are, carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, feeling disconnected with both life and myself and wondering where the version of me I used to recognise had gone.
What changed everything was discovering that the answer wasn't in pushing through the difficult times. It was in learning to work with my body, settling my nervous system, and gently coming back to myself, one small shift at a time.
That journey, combined with over 35 years in the holistic and wellness space, is what I bring to every session. Not theory. Lived experience, and a genuine knowing of what it feels like to come out the other side.
Mindfulness isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finding your way back to who you already are.
