Becoming mindful is one of the greatest skills you can harness as a human being. When it comes down to it, there is so much power in the ability to settle your mind in the midst of pressures and anxieties that hold onto us daily.

The practice of a mindfulness meditation, however much time it takes you, along with regular reflections on the thoughts you have, has the potential to utterly transform your day, and every other day for that matter.
Amazingly, mindfulness is a skill we all already have.

Take time out of your day to be mindful of these thoughts and feelings. You begin to develop a fresh and balanced view of the world we live in. Becoming totally aware of the thoughts within your mind will enhance your everyday life. It will also give you the ability to respond to every situation, through all of life’s adversities, with a kind heart and a settled mind.
A great place to start is to sit quietly and listen to your thoughts. It is a good idea to try and plan time into your day to do this. You can choose to practice first thing in the morning or during the day, walking or even sitting during a lunch break in a place away from your desk.

Take time out of your day to be mindful of your thoughts and feelings. This helps us to develop a balanced view of the world we live in and enhance our lives with a kind and settled mind. We become aware of where we are in our mind and environment, allowing us to enjoy the present moment.
When we practice mindfulness, our intention is to be in the present moment. Being aware of our thoughts and feelings, without judging them.

It's our aim to develop a fresh balanced view of the world helping us to respond with a kinder and settled mind.
When we look at Emotional Freedom Technique this involves tapping on specific acupressure points and meridians on the body while focusing on presenting issues in the forefront of your mind.
When we do this, it helps us release negative emotions and reduces our stress, at the same time, it helps to soothe the nervous system and throughout a client session, it also helps to release our emotions, allowing them to flow in and out so they do not get stuck in our bodies and manifest.
Both tapping and mindfulness practices have a place individually in my business and my vision. My head and my heart is driving me towards their combination to have a more dramatic, deeper impact in my client sessions wirh you. This is going to be a powerful tool for emotional healing.
We stay present with mindfulness and aware of our thoughts while tapping, and this makes it easier to identify and release our negative emotions that's going on in our body.
I already know that the strength of these two modalities will take my clients and my membership groups on a more exciting internal journey, allowing you, the opportunity to reach your goals and visions with ease rather than sticking with old negative energy.
If you want to enhance your emotional well being, manage your stress more effectively, let's give it a go.

My whole career has been in complementary therapies, first as a beauty therapist and then advancing into clinical aromatherapy and clinical/scientific reflexology. Each step of the way I have been aware of the internal and external impact on the mind and body, enhancing wellbeing and mental health. Giving treatments allowed my mind to remain relaxed and in a calm state as well as the client receiving them. Life has a way of showing you the way you need to go and I found myself with a head full of worries and feelings in my body that was causing me distress. I investigated on how to help myself and discovered, and experienced, an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course which has transformed my life. Through my journey I have become a qualified mindfulness practitioner and am grateful to be able to pass on the benefits of mindfulness through the Mindfulness Based Living Course and guided meditations, to others to help them enjoy life in the present moment and not let it slip by without noticing it.
