Take time out of your day to be mindful of these thoughts and feelings. You begin to develop a fresh and balanced view of the world we live in. Becoming totally aware of the thoughts within your mind will  enhance your everyday life. It will also give you the ability to respond to every situation, through all of life’s adversities, with a kind heart and a settled mind.

A great place to start is to sit quietly and listen to your thoughts. It is a good idea to try and plan time into your day to do this.  You can choose to practice first thing in the morning or during the day, walking or even sitting during a lunch break in a place away from your desk.

Take time out of your day to be mindful of your thoughts and feelings. This helps us to develop a balanced view of the world we live in and enhance our lives with a kind and settled mind. We become aware of where we are in our mind and environment, allowing us to enjoy the present moment.
